My vision for The Hideout lounge was to produce top-quality dishes, using the finest local produce with a clean, healthy twist. To cater for all tastes, those who like a bit of spice, those who like more traditional fayre.

I prepare the menus with feelings of excitement and passion, making sure the seasons are taken into account to ensure the freshest and tastiest dishes can be produced.
I have been very lucky to have worked with some of the finest chefs in 4 and 5-star establishments and learned much from them. I have spent the last few years aboard some of the world’s most fantastic superyachts and have circumnavigated the globe, sampling cuisine from all continents.

It’s all about balance. Getting the right product, blending the ingredients and creating wonderful dishes, then mixing it with great service, value for money and a nice setting. This is what we’re constantly striving to achieve.

The time now to put these years of learning onto plates at The Hideout Lounge. As we move forward I’m looking forward to expanding the menu and offering new ideas such as ‘Gourmet Evenings’, private parties and fun evenings with music and street food.
